BUNKERING VESSELS
 Based on 5-year long experience in ship-building and operation of floating fuel stations, the company «PILDNE», starting from the year 2008, took up the work on projecting of self-propelled bunkering ships of the series
“PILDNE S-160/250/500/1000/1500 ”. The ships of the given series are developed for the purposes of delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel to floating fuel stations - as well as direct bunkering of the bigger vessels. During the design and approval process and assambly works, an on-site technical supervision was carried out by РМРС and the Lloydۥs Register of Shipping. That means - «PILDNE» delivers to the final user the two authentic packages of shipping documents, which allows the expansion of the field of operation for ships, starting from the inland waters of the Russian Federation (class of РМРС: KM Ice 1 □R3-RSN AUT3 Oil Tanker (ESP)). The European Union and ending the Black Sea, Mediterranean, the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf (class of the Lloydۥs Register of Shipping: + 100 A1 Ice Class 1D Specified coastal service UMS Oil tanker ESP + LMC).
The basic elements and equipment:
- the cargo loading system and the ships body are made as double-wall installation,
- the power installation includes one or two principal engines and a facility for steering equipment in front of the vessel,
- the hydraulic operation of the power equipment and other technological units,
- energy - saving operation of the ship:
- the crew consisting from 3 to 8 people,
- autonomous system of water supply,
- autonomous system of drying,
- autonomous system of fire extinguishing (carbon dioxide and foam),
- ballast system,
- the cargo pumping department separately located in the front part of vessel,
- separately located lifting platform on one of the boards,
- fastening and rescue equipment,
- alarm and measurement system of cargo levels and other systems.

Lloyd’s Register of Shipping and Russian River Register, therefore, the quality and the high working efficiency of already built FFS is guaranteed. Also, it is possible to switch to another classification society or surveillance institutes like Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) in accordance with standard procedures of ship documents execution.
Bunkering Pontoon PILDNE can be used in yacht harbors and marinas than fuel barges, as the PILDNE project has been designed for refueling small size vessels from the outset. Therefore PILDNE is most effective and economical refueling pontoon or fuel station on water.

Nautical Fuel Station has dimensions and a freeboard height that are not possible to achieve in the "traditional” vessel refueling solutions, at the expense of giving up the propulsion system and the possibility of placing PILDNE marina station in areas with undeveloped coastal infrastructure (mainly because these characteristics are not needed for station in sea or station in river). With Pildne also refueling on islands are available now. In the near future Pildne marina refueling will be completely different from nowadays fuel station in ports, station in harbor. With Pildne diesel filling and gasoline filling is easy, environmentally friendly and comfortable.
